Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Paw&Tail Return and Refund Policy

At Paw&Tail, we strive to provide high-quality cat food and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances:
Expired Products: If the cat food delivered is past its expiration date.
Failed Delivery: If the product is not delivered to your address after advance payment has been made.
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If your cat becomes sick or refuses to eat the food.
Change of mind or personal preference.

2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product or the expected delivery date.

3. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service representative within 7 days of receiving the product or the expected delivery date.
Provide your order details, including the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process a full refund of the payment made for the product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Paw&Tail will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. For non-eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Situations
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
Cat’s Health or Preference: Refunds will not be issued if your cat becomes sick or refuses to eat the food. We recommend consulting your veterinarian for advice on suitable cat food options.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Liability
Paw&Tail is liable to refund the full payment only in cases of expired products, failed delivery, or damaged/defective products.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as veterinary expenses or alternative purchases.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Policy Updates
